math (Mx) and reference waveforms (Rx) are allowed.

Sources for serial buses: Only waveform 1 of analog channels (CxW1), math (Mx)
and reference waveforms (Rx) are allowed.

The slope parameter is used with several trigger and search condition commands.
Slope Description
POSitive Rising edge, that is a positive voltage change.
NEGative Falling edge, that is a negative voltage change
EITHer rising as well as the falling edge.
